Terms of Business:

I like to keep things simple, so you won’t find any 15 page documents with legal jargon to read through.

A 10% deposit is taken at time of booking, sent by invoice and payable by bank transfer into my Monzo Business Account.

The final outstanding amount sent by invoice once work is complete and is payable within 28 days

For services booked as a retainer, the agreed fee payable on 3^rd of every month.

Cancellations:

Things change all the time and ultimately, I am here to help you.

Should you book my services and then need to cancel, please give me as much notice as you can, but no less than 3 days.

Should you need to re-arrange a workshop, or delay commencement of work, please give me as much notice as you can and I will do my best to accommodate this where possible.

I will only charge you for time if I have already spent time on your project, and I will be completely open and transparent with you about this and be as flexible as possible to ensure fairness for both parties.
